Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect only what the service needs to work:

• Account details — your name and email address, which you provide when you sign up. These identify your account and let you log in.
• Accounting records you enter — the daily accounts you record: opening balances, sales, cash inflows and outflows, cash counts, and any notes you attach to a record.

Why we collect it

We use this information to run the service for you:

• To create and secure your account.
• To store your accounting records and show them back to you in the dashboard, history, and reports.
• To keep each user's data strictly isolated, so you only ever see your own records.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored in Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Access is limited to what the service needs to function, and every accounting record is tied to your account — other users cannot see your data, and you cannot see theirs.

What we never do

• We never sell your data to anyone.
• We never use your data for advertising or profiling.
• We never share your records with third parties, except the infrastructure providers that host the service itself (Supabase for the database and authentication, Vercel for the web app, Render for report generation), who process it only to keep the service running.

Your rights

Your records are yours:

• Access — everything you enter is visible to you in the app at any time.
• Correction — you can edit your account details and fix records through the app.
• Deletion — you can delete your account and all of its data from Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and every accounting record attached to it.

Cookies and local storage

The Service uses a small amount of browser storage to work: an authentication session (so you stay signed in), your theme preference, and the offline cache that lets installed app pages load without a network connection. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not share storage data with advertisers.

How long we keep your data

We keep your accounting records until you delete them, or until you delete your account. Once deleted, records are gone from your account permanently. Our database provider may retain encrypted backups for a limited period as part of its disaster-recovery process; those backups are not accessible through the Service and are overwritten on a rolling schedule.

Security and breaches

We protect your data with encrypted connections, isolated per-user database access, and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure: if a breach exposes your personal data, we will notify you and take reasonable steps to limit the harm, as required by applicable law.

Children

The Service is intended for adults managing business accounts. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
